AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTERS 9 AND 39, TITLE 10 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO PARENTAL LIABILITY.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Two thirds of all members elected to each House thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. Amend §926, Title 10 of the Delaware Code by striking the figure 11,000" as it appears therein and substituting in lieu thereof the figure "$5,000".
Section 2. Amend §3922, Title 10 of the Delaware Code by striking the figure "$1,000" as it appears therein and substituting in lieu thereof the figure "$5,000".
