AN ACT TO AMEND SUBCHAPTER III, SUBPART D, OF TITLE 11 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THEFT AND RELATED OFFENSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend 5857 of Title 11 of the Delaware Code by inserting the words and numbers ',and §1450-1451" immediately after "5841-856" in the first line of this section.
