AN ACT TO RELATING TO INDIVIDUAL EMPLOYMENT CONTRACTS ISSUED BY THE STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION AND THE BOARDS OF EDUCATION OP THE REORGANIZED SCHOOL DISTRICTS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OP DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Chapter 13, Title 14, Delaware Code, by striking subsection 1329 (c) In its entirety.
Section 2. Amend Chapter 13, Title 14, Delaware Code, by adding a new subsection 1329 (c) to read as follows:
"(c) Salary amounts in individual contracts provided for in paragraph (a) or (b) of this section shall not be contracted for, agreed upon or effective prior to enactment of the Budget Appropriation Bill."
