AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 66, TITLE 7 OF THE DELAWARE CODE TO TRANSFER THE DUTIES OF THE WETLANDS APPEALS BOARD TO THE ENVIRONMENTAL APPEALS BOARD.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §6603 of Title 7 by striking the present subsection (c) and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"(c) 'Board' means the Environmental Appeals Board."
Section 2. Amend Chapter 66, Title 7 by striking §6610 and §6611 in their entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"6610. Appeal to Board
(a) Any person whose interest is substantially affected by any action of the Secretary may appeal to the Environmental Appeals Board within 20 days after the Secretary has announced the decision."
