AN ACT TO AMEND 56305, TITLE 9, DELAWARE CODE, AS IT RELATES TO SUSSEX COUNTY BUILDING PERMIT FEES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Title 9, S6305, Delaware Code, by deleting the same as It now appears and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"§6305. Fees
The fees for issuing permits shall be determined by the County Council of Sussex County."
