AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 61, TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO COMPOSITION OF THE GENERAL FUND.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Section 6102, Chapter 61, Title 29 of the Delaware Code, by adding a new subsection (k) to read as follows:
"(k) Provisions of this Chapter to the contrary notwithstanding, the Business Enterprise Program, operated by the Division for the Visually Impaired within the Department of Health and Social Services under the authority of 20 U.S.C. S107 et seq., shall be authorized to expend receipts from the vending stands in the program forting costs, maintenance and overhead."
