AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 101, TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO AGENCIES AFFECTED BY THE ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES ACT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §10161, Chapter 101, Subchapter VU, Title 29 of the Delaware Code by deleting subsection "(9) Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board;" from this section and by changing the numbers of subsections (10) through (30) of this section to numbers (9) through (29) respectively.
