AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 87, TITLE II, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE COUNCIL.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend subsection (b) of §8701, Chapter 87, Title 11 of the Delaware Code, by renumbering paragraphs (15) and (16) thereof as paragraphs (19) and (20), and by inserting new paragraphs numbered (15), (16), (17) and (18) as follows:
"(15) The Chief Medical Examiner;
(16) The Secretary of Health and Social Services;
(17) The Secretary of Labor;
(1B) The United States Attorney for the District of Delaware;".
