AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 7, TITLE 18 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO FEES AND TAXES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Chapter 7, §708(c)(1), Title 18 of the Delaware Code by striking the phrase "July 10, 1990" as it currently appears and insert in lieu thereof the phrase the time a municipality or county elects into the plan".
