AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 16, TITLE 24 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO ADULT ENTERTAINMENT ESTABLISHMENTS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §1617, Chapter 16, Title 24 of the Delaware Code by striking the title of said section, and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"§1617 "Grounds for refusal to issue a license; suspension; revocation"
Section 2. Amend §1617, Chapter 16, Title 24 of the Delaware Code by
striking the first twenty-two words of subsection (a), and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"(a) The Commission shall refuse to issue a and shall revoke any license for the operation establishment other than a massage establishment, reasons:"
