AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 5, TITLE 11 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO PAYMENTS BY CREDIT CARDS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Two-thirds of all members elected to each House thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. Amend §914(b), Title 11, Delaware Code by deleting paragraphs 2 and 3 in their entirety.
