AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 82, TITLE 29, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO THE ADOPTION OF ADDITIONAL FEDERAL REQUIREMENTS WITH RESPECT TO TRANSPORTATION OF HAZARDOUS MATERIALS IN THIS STATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §8226, Chapter 82, Title 29, Delaware Code, by striking the number "179" as the same appears in the first sentence of said section and substituting in lieu thereof the number "180".
