AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 19 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO WORKERS' COMPENSATION DEATH BENEFITS.

IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §2331, Title 19 of the Delaware Code by deleting "$700"
wherever it appears therein and by substituting in lieu thereof "$3,500".
