AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 21 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE REGISTRATION OF HEAVY MOTOR VEHICLES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §2105(h) of Title 21 of the Delaware Code by deleting the phrase
"whose manufacturer cannot provide the documentation required to meet the provision of subsection (d) of this section within the time frame prescribed by subsection (a) of this section" as found therein.
Section 2. Amend §2105(i) of Title 21 of the Delaware Code by deleting the phrase
"whose manufacturer cannot provide the documentation required to meet the provision of subsection (d) of this section within the time frame prescribed by subsection (a) of this section" as found therein.
