AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 14 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE LENGTH OF TIME FOR MAINTENANCE OF PERSONNEL RECORDS OF SCHOOL DISTRICT EMPLOYEES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend §122(b)(12), Title 14 of the Delaware Code, by deleting the words "40 years" as the same appears therein, and by substituting in lieu thereof the words "the number of years required by the Delaware Public Archives."
