AS AMENDED BY SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1
AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 14 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO CHARTER SCHOOLS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend §507(d), Title 14, Delaware Code by deleting “2-year” as it appears therein and by inserting in lieu thereof “1-year”.
Section 2. Amend §507(d), Title 14, Delaware Code by inserting in the first sentence between the words "school" and "or" the following "during the charter school's first year of operation only".
Section 3. Amend §507(d), Title 14, Delaware Code by deleting “July 12, 2001” as it appears therein and by inserting in lieu thereof “the effective date of this Act”.
