AS AMENDED BY HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1
AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 10, CHAPTER 81 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO LIMITATIONS FROM CIVIL LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN VOLUNTEERS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend §8135(a)(1), Title 10 of the Delaware Code by inserting the phrase ", or licensed dentist or dental hygienist" after the word "nurse" and before the word "engaged".
Section 2. Amend §8135(a)(3), Title 10 of the Delaware Code by inserting the phrase ", or licensed dentists or dental hygienists" after the word "nurses" and before the word "who".
Section 3. Amend §8135(a)(3), Title 10 of the Delaware Code by inserting the phrase "or dentist's" between the words "doctor's" and "office".
Section 4. Amend §8135, Title 10 of the Delaware Code by inserting the phrase "or dental" after the word "medical" everywhere it appears therein.
Section 5. This Act shall go into effect immediately upon passage as law.
