AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 11 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO UNLAWFULLY DEALING WITH A CHILD.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend
§
1106(1), Title 11, Delaware Code by deleting “sexual or” as it appears therein.
Section 2. Amend
§
1106, Title 11, Delaware Code by renumbering subsections (2) and (3) thereof as (3) and (4) respectively and by inserting therein the following:
“(2) The person knowingly permits a child less than 18 years old to enter or remain in a place where unlawful sexual activity is maintained or conducted; or”.
