AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 30 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE DELAWARE BREAST CANCER EDUCATION AND EARLY DETECTION FUND.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend §1185, Title 30, Delaware Code by deleting “Chapter of the National” as it appears in subsections (b), (c) and (f) thereof.
Section 2. Amend §1185(f), Title 30, Delaware Code by deleting “Women and Wellness, Inc.” as it appears therein and by inserting in lieu thereof “the Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition, Inc.”.
