AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 13 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO PROCEEDINGS IN THE FAMILY COURT OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend Section 722(a), of Title 13 of the Delaware Code by inserting the following:
"(8) The criminal history of any party or any other resident of the household including whether the criminal history contains pleas of guilty or no contest or a conviction of a criminal offense.".
