AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 11 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO OBSCENITY.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend §1361(a)(1), Chapter 5, Title 11 of the Delaware Code by inserting between the words “phrase” and “writing” the words “videotape, video game”, and insert between the words “record” and “or” the words “audio cassette tape, compact disc”.
Section 2. Amend §1361(b), Chapter 5, Title 11 of the Delaware Code by inserting between the word “picture” and “writing” the words “videotape, video game”, and insert between the words “record” and “or”, the words “audio cassette tape, compact disc.”
