AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE DIAMOND STATE PORT CORPORATION.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend § 8735(b), Title 29 of the Delaware Code by striking the number “13” as it appears in the first sentence and inserting in lieu thereof the number “15”.
Section 2. Amend § 8735(b), Title 29 of the Delaware Code by striking the word “seven” as it appears in the second sentence and inserting in lieu thereof the word “eight”.
Section 3. Amend § 8735(b), Title 29 of the Delaware Code by deleting the word “and” as it appears after the phrase “Controller General” in the second sentence.
Section 4. Amend § 8735(b), Title 29 of the Delaware Code by striking the period (.) as it appears in the second sentence after the phrase “Capital Improvement Program” and inserting in lieu thereof the following “and (vii) the Secretary of the Department of Safety and Homeland Security.”.
Section 5. Amend § 8735(b), Title 29 of the Delaware Code by striking the number “4” as it appears in the third sentence and inserting in lieu thereof the number “5”.
Section 6. Amend § 8735(b), Title 29 of the Delaware Code by striking the number “6” as it appears in the fifth sentence and inserting in lieu thereof the number “7”.
Section 7. Amend § 8735(b), Title 29 of the Delaware Code by striking the number “6” as it appears in the sixth sentence and inserting in lieu thereof the number “7”.
Section 8. Amend § 8735(b), Title 29 of the Delaware Code by striking the number “2” as it appears in the seventh sentence and as it appears and inserting in lieu thereof the number “3”.
Section 9. Amend § 8735(b), Title 29 of the Delaware Code by striking the numbers “6” and “3” as they appear in the eighth sentence and inserting in lieu thereof “7” and “4” respectively.
Section 10. Amend § 8735(b), Title 29 of the Delaware Code by striking the number “6” as it appears in the ninth sentence and inserting in lieu thereof the number “7”.
Section 11. Amend § 8735(b), Title 29 of the Delaware Code by striking the tenth sentence in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
“Each non-cabinet director shall serve a term of three (3) years.”.
Section 12. Amend § 8735(c), Title 29 of the Delaware Code by striking the number “6” as it appears between the word “the” and the phrase “non-cabinet” and inserting in lieu thereof the number “7”.
