AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 21 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO DRIVER'S LICENSES AND NONDRIVER IDENTIFICATION CARDS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend §2718(a), Chapter 27, Title 21, by deleting the words “social security number, if eligible, residence,” after the word “age,”; and inserting after the word “age,” the word “residential” in the first sentence of this subsection.
Section 2. Further amend §2718(a), Chapter 27, Title 21, by deleting the last sentence of this subsection.
Section 3. Amend §3104(a), Chapter 31, Title 21, by deleting the words “social security number, if eligible,” after the word “name,” in the first sentence of this subsection.
Section 4. Further Amend §3104(a), Chapter 31, Title 21, by deleting the last sentence of this subsection.
