AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 14, TITLE 18, AND TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Two-thirds of all members elected to each house thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. Amend Chapter 1, Title 14 of the Delaware Code by deleting §158. "Student Assessment and Accountability Committee." in its entirety.
Section 2. Amend Chapter 38, Title 18 of the Delaware Code by deleting §3823. "Advisory Council." in its entirety.
Section 3. Amend Chapter 72, Title 18 of the Delaware Code by deleting §7210. "Small Employer Health Reinsurance Program." in its entirety.
Section 4. Amend Chapter 25, Title 29 of the Delaware Code by deleting §2518. "Consumer Protection Board." in its entirety.
Section 5. Amend Chapter 25, Title 29 of the Delaware Code by deleting §2519(a). "Council on Consumer Protection." in its entirety and further by amending §2519(b) by deleting "(b)" and inserting therein "(a)".
Section 6. Amend Chapter 50, Title 29 of the Delaware Code by deleting §5042. "Human Investment and Partnership Council." in its entirety.
Section 7. Amend Chapter 61, Title 29 of the Delaware Code by deleting §6102A(k) in its entirety and further by amending §6102A(l)by deleting "(l)" and inserting therein "(k)".
Section 8. Amend Chapter 79, Title 29 of the Delaware Code by deleting §7905. "Advisory Council on Public Health." in its entirety. Amend §7905A by deleting "A".
Section 9. Further amend Chapter 79, Title 29 of the Delaware Code by deleting §7919A. "Advisory Council on State Service Centers" in its entirety.
Section 10. Amend Chapter 82, Title 29 of the Delaware Code by deleting §8209. "Council on Emergency Planning and Operations." in its entirety.
Section 11. Further amend Chapter 82, Title 29 of the Delaware Code by deleting §8212. "Governor's Council on Public Safety." in its entirety.
Section 12. Amend Chapter 85, Title 29 of the Delaware Code by deleting §8514. "Governor's Council on Labor." in its entirety.
