AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 16 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO SALVINORIN A.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Two-thirds of all members elected to each house thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. Amend Section 4714(d), Title 16, Delaware Code by deleting the word "and from paragraph (23), and further by deleting the period "." From paragraph (24), and substituting in lieu thereof the phrase ", and".
Section 2. Amend Section 4714(d), Title 16, Delaware Code by adding a new paragraph (25, to read as follows:
"(25) Salvinorin A."
