AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 16 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO HEALTH PLANNING AND RESOURCES MANAGEMENT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Two-thirds of all members elected to each house thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. Amend § 9311 of Title 16 of the Delaware Code by deleting the section in its entirety.
Section 2. Amend § 9312 of Title 16 of the Delaware Code by redesignating it as § 9311.
