AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 27 OF TITLE 21 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO DRIVER LICENSE REQUIREMENTS FOR REGISTERED SEX OFFENDERS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend § 2718, Title 21 of the Delaware Code by adding the following new subsection:
"(f) Failure to comply with subsection (e) of this section within 30 days of a qualifying felony conviction pursuant to Title 11, § 4120, of the Delaware Code will result in the suspension of driving privileges by the Division of Motor Vehicles.".
