AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 16 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO FIRE MARSHAL FEES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Three-fifths of all members elected to each house thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. Amend § 6607(g)(3)(a), Title 16 of the Delaware Code by deleting "4/10 of 1% on July 1, 1992 and 5/10 of 1% on July 1, 1993;" and substituting in lieu thereof the phrase "7/10 of 1% on July 1, 2009;".
Section 2. Amend § 6607(g)(3)(b), Title 16 of the Delaware Code by deleting "2/10 of 1% over $1,000,000 of cost;" and substituting in lieu thereof the phrase "3/10 of 1% over $1,000,000 of cost;".
Section 3. Amend § 6607(g)(3)(c), Title 16 of the Delaware Code by deleting "$100" and substituting in lieu thereof the phrase "$150".
Section 4. Amend § 6607(g)(4), Title 16 of the Delaware Code by deleting "$100" and substituting in lieu thereof the phrase "$150".
