AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE OF 15 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE PRESIDENTIAL PRIMARY ELECTION.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Title 15, Section 3181 (a) by striking the words "first Tuesday in February" as found therein, and replacing them with the words, "fourth Tuesday in April".
