AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 7 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO SHELLFISH.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §1918(c), Title 7 of the Delaware Code by inserting the language ", including posthumously," after "transfer a license" and before "to a designee" in the third sentence of the subsection.
Section 2. Amend §1918(c), Title 7 of the Delaware Code by deleting: "and such license has not previously been transferred to a designee on or after July 12, 1995".
Section 3. This Act and revised §1918 (c), Title 7 of the Delaware Code shall be retroactive back to July 12, 1995 to cover any person who died while having an unexpired license at the time of such person’s death.
