BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §2129(a) of Title 21 of the Delaware Code by adding at the end of the subsection the following:
"Motorcycle temporary plates may be stamped or marked in letters less than 3/4 of an inch high.".
Section 2. Amend § 2130 (b) of Title 21 of the Delaware Code by adding at the end of the subsection the following:
"Motorcycle temporary plates may be stamped or marked in letters less than 3/4 of an inch high.".
