AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 18 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE OFFICES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend § 305, Title 18, of the Delaware Code by making deletions as shown by strike through and insertions as shown by underlining as follows:
§ 305 Office; Insurance Commissioner Regulatory Revolving Fund.
(a) The Department may operate 2 3 offices, the principal office in the Dover area and a branch office offices in Wilmington and Sussex County.
