AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO DELAWARE TECHNICAL AND COMMUNITY COLLEGE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend § 5903 of the Delaware Code by making deletions as shown by strike through and insertions as shown by underline as follows:
§ 5903 Classified service and exemptions.
Unless otherwise required by law, as used in this chapter, "classified service" or "state service" means all positions of state employment other than the following positions, which are excluded:
(19) All employees of the Delaware Institute of Technology. Delaware Technical and Community College.
