AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 95, VOLUME 82 OF THE LAWS OF DELAWARE RELATING TO MARRIAGES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Section 2, Chapter 95, Volume 82 of the Laws of Delaware by making deletions as shown by strike through and insertions as shown by underline as follows:
Section 2. This Act shall become effective on January 1, 2020, takes effect on not take effect until May 1, 2022.
