HOUSE BILL NO. 124

AMEND House Bill No. 124 by inserting after line 79 and before line 80 the following: “( 6) Performing its duties as a service dog. ”.

SYNOPSIS

This Amendment excludes service dogs from restrictions on barking dogs when the dog is engaged in performing its duties as a service dog.
