HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1

TO

HOUSE BILL NO. 202

AMEND House Bill No. 202 by inserting after line 19 and before line 20 the following:

“ (3)(b) “Polling Place” shall not mean an area outside of the actual polling place, such as parking areas or adjoining structures that are not part of the polling place. ”.

SYNOPSIS

This amendment clarifies that areas outside of the actual polling place, such as parking areas and adjoining structures, are excluded from the definition of polling place.
