SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1

TO

SENATE BILL NO. 108

AMEND Senate Bill No. 108 on line 27 by deleting “ unemancipated minor ” and substituting in lieu thereof “ child ”.

FURTHER AMEND Senate Bill No. 108 on line 37 by deleting “ unemancipated minors ” and substituting in lieu thereof “ children ”.

FURTHER AMEND Senate Bill No. 108 on line 43 by deleting “ unemancipated minor ” and substituting in lieu thereof “ child ”.

FURTHER AMEND Senate Bill No. 108 on line 56 by deleting “ unemancipated minor ” and substituting in lieu thereof “ child ”.

FURTHER AMEND Senate Bill No. 108 on line 64 by deleting “ unemancipated minor ” and substituting in lieu thereof “ child ”.

FURTHER AMEND Senate Bill No. 108 on line 67 by deleting “ unemancipated minor ” and substituting in lieu thereof “ child ”.

FURTHER AMEND Senate Bill No. 108 on line 70 by deleting “ unemancipated minor ” and substituting in lieu thereof “ child ”.

FURTHER AMEND Senate Bill No. 108 on line 73 by deleting “ unemancipated minor ” and substituting in lieu thereof “ child ”.

SYNOPSIS

This Amendment replaces all references to "unemancipated minor" or "unemancipated minors" with "child" or "children" to reflect Delaware does not recognize emancipation of minors.
