HOUSE BILL NO. 204

AMEND HOUSE BILL NO. 204 by deleting lines 11 and 12 in their entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“ staffing agencies. ”.

SYNOPSIS

This amendment removes the requirement that staffing agency regulations establish maximum rates for temporary staffing agencies.
