AMEND House Substitute No. 1 for House Bill No. 316 at line 60 by deleting “ class E felony ” and inserting in lieu thereof “ class A misdemeanor ”.

SYNOPSIS

This amendment changes a repeat conviction under this statute from a class E felony to a class A misdemeanor.
