HOUSE BILL NO. 16

AMEND House Bill No. 16 by inserting the following between lines 39 and 40:

“ 4. Breast cancer in a male relative. ”.

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 16 by inserting the following between lines 47 and 48:

“ 5. Polycystic ovarian syndrome. ”.

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 16 by inserting the following between lines 69 and 70:

“ 4. Breast cancer in a male relative. ”.

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 16 by inserting the following between lines 77 and 78:

“ 5. Polycystic ovarian syndrome. ”.

SYNOPSIS

This amendment adds a family history of breast cancer in a male relative and a personal history of polycystic ovarian syndrome to the definition of "at risk for ovarian cancer".
