HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1

TO

HOUSE BILL NO. 412

AMEND House Bill No. 412 on line 44 by inserting between the word “ detective ” and the word “ or ” the phrase “ , a Deputy Attorney General, ”.

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 412 by inserting after line 46 and before line 47 the following:

“ (m) Serious Juvenile Offender Officer and Special Investigator of the Department of Services for Children, Youth and their Families. ”.

SYNOPSIS

This amendment adds Deputy Attorneys General, Serious Juvenile Offender Officer and Special Investigator of the Department of Services for Children, Youth and their Families to the list of those protected by this act.
