SENATE SUBSTITUTE NO. 1

FOR

SENATE BILL NO. 258

AMEND Senate Substitute No. 1 for Senate Bill No. 258 on line 20 by deleting “ with a gross weight of 10,001 pounds or more ” as it appears therein and inserting in lieu thereof “ that requires a Class A commercial driver license without an O restriction ”.

SYNOPSIS

This Amendment removes the weight requirement of 10,001 pounds or more in favor of vehicles requiring a Class A commercial driver license without an O restriction as types of vehicles that would require a human safety operator.
