SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1

TO

HOUSE BILL NO. 333

AMEND House Bill No. 333 on line 24 by deleting “ 17 ” and inserting in lieu thereof “ 19 ”.

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 333 on line 34 by deleting “ Three ” and inserting “ Four ”.

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 333 by deleting line 37 in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the following:

“ c. A member of the Senate from the Majority Caucus.

d. A member of the Senate from the Minority Caucus. ”

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 333 on line 38 by deleting “ Three ” and inserting “ Four ”.

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 333 by deleting line 41 in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the following:

“ c. A member of the House of Representatives from the Majority Caucus.

d. A member of the House of Representatives from the Minority Caucus .”

SYNOPSIS

This amendment adds two additional legislative representatives to the Commission.
