HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1

TO

HOUSE BILL NO. 439

AMEND House Bill No. 439 by inserting after line 36 and before line 37 the following:

“(6) [Repealed]. The rights provided under this subsection do not preclude a landlord’s consideration of any other factor not enumerated herein that is permissible under State or federal law. ” .

SYNOPSIS

This Amendment adds paragraph § 4603(d)(6) which provides "The rights provided under this subsection do not preclude a landlord’s consideration of any other factor not enumerated herein that is permissible under State or federal law."
