SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1

TO

SENATE BILL NO. 321

AMEND Senate Bill No. 321 on line 28 by deleting “ the ” after “ contact ” and before “ Adult ” therein.

FURTHER AMEND Senate Bill No. 321 on line 28 by inserting “ or the Delaware Division of Health Care Quality ” after “ Services ” and before “ to ” therein.

SYNOPSIS

This Amendment adds the Delaware Division of Health Care Quality as an appropriate agency for a person with a disability under guardianship to make a report of abuse, neglect, exploitation, or violation of personal rights.
