AMEND House Bill No. 439 at line 12 by inserting “ current ” after “ youth’s ” and before “ overnight ” as it appears thereon.

SYNOPSIS

This Amendment defines "housing status” as an individual, family, or youth’s current overnight residence regardless of permanence or habitability.
