HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1

TO

HOUSE BILL NO. 432

AMEND House Bill No. 432 on line 27 by deleting “ 18 ” as it appears therein and inserting in lieu thereof “ 19 ”.

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 432 on line 28 by deleting “ Seventeen ” as it appears therein and inserting in lieu thereof “ Eighteen ”.

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 432 after line 41 and before line 42 by inserting the following:

“ k. An at-large member, who is a resident of Sussex County and who represents Federally Qualified Health Centers. ”.

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 432 on line 77 by deleting “ 18 ” as it appears therein and inserting in lieu thereof “ 19 ”.

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 432 on line 78 by deleting “ Seventeen ” as it appears therein and inserting in lieu thereof “ Eighteen ”.

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 432 after line 91 and before line 92 by inserting the following:

“ k. An at-large member, who is a resident of Sussex County and who represents Federally Qualified Health Centers .”.

SYNOPSIS

This Amendment adds a representative of Federally Qualified Health Centers, who is a resident of Sussex County, as a board member of DIMER.
