HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 2

TO

HOUSE BILL NO. 165

AMEND House Bill No. 165 by inserting the following after the period on line 37: “ With respect to a law enforcement officer, this paragraph requires only those disclosures which are otherwise required under § 9210 of this title or any other State or federal law. ”.

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 165 by inserting the following after the period on line 39: “ This paragraph requires only those disclosures which are otherwise required under § 9210 of this title or any other State or federal law. ”.

SYNOPSIS

This technical amendment harmonizes a provision of this bill with provisions of House Substitute No. 1 for House Bill No. 205, which was enacted in 2023.
