HOUSE BILL NO. 204

AMEND House Bill No. 204, as amended by House Amendment No. 1, by deleting lines 34 and 35 in their entirety.

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 204, as amended by House Amendment No. 1, on line 36 by deleting “ (5) ” and substituting in lieu thereof “ (3) ”.

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 204, as amended by House Amendment No. 1, on line 40 by deleing “ (6) ” and substituting in lieu thereof “ (4) ”.

SYNOPSIS

This amendment removes two of the annual reporting requirements for temporary staffing agencies serving long-term care facilities.
