SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1

TO

HOUSE BILL NO. 124

AMEND House Bill No. 124, as amended by House Amendment No. 1, by inserting after line 79 and before line 80, the following:

“ (7) Livestock guarding. ”.

SYNOPSIS

This Amendment adds livestock guarding to the list of activities a dog may be engaged in that does not constitute a violation of this Act.
